Oracle Scores in Corporate Software Market with
Key
Second Quarter Deals
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Dec. 11,1998 As the worlds leading

world-class companies in the second quarter of its fiscal year ending November 30, 1998.
Oracle's Internet-enabled solutions, including applications, database and development
tools, allow Oracle customers to deploy cost-effective systems that deliver
up-to-the-minute information for making critical business decisions.
Companies that signed major deals with Oracle in the second quarter of this year
include AMCORE Financial Inc., AnnTaylor Inc., Autodesk, Blue Shield of California, BMC
West, The Boeing Company Shared Services Group, Citicorp, Colgate Palmolive, Coors Brewing
Company, First USA, Friede Goldman International Inc., Hughes Space and Communications,
Lycos, Principal Financial Group, Quantum Corporation, and Scottish Power (Scotland).
